Professionals who consider business systems are usually concerned about the sustainability of their systems and not necessarily about sustainability of the larger environment in which those systems operate. While it is relatively easy to determine whether a system is going to sustain or not, it may not always be clear how a system may contribute to the larger sustainable development goals.
